What values would you add to the team? (120 words minimum):
I feel as if I'm easy going and relaxed which can help deal with hectic situations and/or players in a much smoother and quicker process; with my attitude I am able to communicate well with both players and staff on any matter necessary and I'm able to easily deflect any bias behaviour on players and act upon the rules itself. I'm fairly active and I'm here to help promote the server if need be to create a happy and healthy community of players. Since joining, I've met several staff members and felt as though I have gotten on well with them which will make it easier to being able to communicate positively to those I will be working around. With this, I've noticed that those who are set to deal with things more focused on the back-end of schemes find it difficult to manage in-game moderation so I will be more than happy to help balance out this issue and bring the support needed for the server.
Why do you want to be staff? (150 words minimum):
Again with my attitude, I'm approachable and easy to talk to so I feel as if I'd be able to bring a comforting aspect to new and current players and make them enjoy their time on the server. I've also had previous experience as being staff and have dealt and resolved many situations and I am able to approach any sharp players with a formal and mature front. The community has been very friendly including both the players and staff and I feel as if I fit in very nicely which will make it better for me to promote and moderate the server for what it is. Going back to my activity, I am on for most days so I will be prepared for any occurrences and deal with them quickly. In terms of communication, I am easy to contact if the staff themselves need me or if players are in need of any assistance.

I'm 18 years old and I currently study art at university so my hobbies are creating art for personal and commissioned projects whether it be a painting, cover art, animation which I absolutely love to do and wish to pursue! I love playing games evidently and so these two aspects are always keeping me in my room; either enjoying games or making art which makes it very easy to contact me! I love watching TV Shows and I get very emotionally attached to them. I hope my application was enjoyable and I appreciate your time in reading it!
