1. Buy a lean barrel
2. Buy a lean crate.
3. Press 'E' on the lean barrel and buy the ingredients.
4. Shake the barrel until its done.
5. Buy cups and fill it with lean by getting it from the barrel
6. Then put it in the lean crate.
7. Then press E on the lean crate to pick it up.
8. Go to the Lean NPC and press E and you will sell your lean.
