What values would you add to the team? (120 words minimum): I think that i would make the staff team feel active and friendly. Becuase the main problem is that there barely any staff members. I am very vert active and i will help out anyone i can. I can help improve the staff team on the discord server and in-game. I hope that i can make insonic roleplay become active in the future, with more players, more donations etc. I also think that if i do get accepted, i can report any problems or any other information to staff members. I dont want players to be moaning because of a guy who is breaking the rules. (A guy propblocked spawn and was constantly RDMing everyone. It was really annoying) I dont want this to happen to anyone, because this is the main problem. I just hope that i can impress the staff team becuase they are all very very nice. (<3 Penguin % Destiny)
Why do you want to be staff? (150 words minimum): I would like to be staff becuase i hugely support the server. In less than about a week i had 3 days playtime. I very much enjoy playing on this server. It would be a dream for me to be accepted. I really want to help out any players if they really are confused. I would tell them what you can do in the server and how it is fun. I have spent around £25 on this server so far. It would be a dream if i was a staff member in this server. I would love to continue playing it until it shuts down (I hope that never happens!). I also have had past expierience on other servers. I just hope that i can become a staff member becuase that would be a dream come true. I also know a lot of rules. Such as RDM, RDA, FailRP, FearRP, Failbase etc. The staff team is also probably the nicest staff team in my opinion. I really like you guys. I just hope that i can make this server become more active.
Tell us more about yourself (100 words minimum): You probably have already heard of me. But my name is Elliot IRL. Now yes i know, ive been warned and banned, that was a huge mistake. But we all have to suffer the consequences of our actions, and that day i just had a bad day. Im kind of glad that i got banned, its probably becuase i needed a break, But enough of that. Time to go a bit personal now. Ive been bullied throughout my whole life, i have like only 3 friends in real life. I have Autism along with anger problems and i am really anti social in real life. Now yes i do sometimes act cool next to girls, but PLZ DONT SAY ANYTHING, it makes me feel weird. Now i do love playing games and stuff online. But anyway what im about to say is a bit shocking. So about 2 years ago, i was in my school and there was this person in my class. (I dont wanna say his name). And this one time, we had this argument over something, i dont remember. But when we were walking to our next class (English) I sat down behind a wall and then thats when that kid grabbed my head, and smashed it against the wall. I instantly had a concussion becuase he put a lot of force into that, i got rushed into the medical room and the ambulance was on their way, and i dont really remember anything after that. But please dont come to me or message me saying this is all fake. Im serious. This happend. And yes please dont say like the "Your mum" or "Ur nan" stuff becuase My granddad has passed away which makes me very emotional. So please dont say that kind of stuff to me. But anyway, thank you for reading my application. I dont know if it will get accepted. In my opinion, i dont think it will becuase of the bans and warns. But im not calling it. I'll be honest I have mixed feelings here.
There's nothing wrong with the app it's self, though I must say; there's a lot of info which isn't needed in the about me, but that's my opinion, can write whatever you feel in there quite frankly.
Things I'm mixed about is about that day which I will NOT go into detail about, but the reasoning behind that was "having a bad day" and that would concern me not only as a player but if I was also an owner building a staff team. Although staffing a server is a lot of fun, at times it's never easy and can be overwhelming and stressful for many reasons; people just being toxic, huge player count and low staff count online. Within these situations you are defiantly required to keep your cool as a staff member you have to set an example for the players. I will admit which surprised me you did "man up" and apologize to me personally and GrePop within your app, so that does show you have some contempt, but you'll have to learn to just walk away from stuff at times and I don't mean this just in game this is just a very good life skill to have a lot of the time it's never worth it and if you react heated towards the situation more than likely it's just going to come back and bite you in the ass. Anyway I haven't seen you much in game lately due to my shitty ass sleeping pattern so I can't really say how you've changed, maybe you've learnt how to keep you cool I can't say for myself, hence why I'm not giving this any + or - Rep.
I just thought to plop this in here for you to read and maybe learn a thing or two from it.
But I must say again, you did apologize which does go a long way for myself.
